For a long time, I didn’t feel the need for a handbag—most of my designs already feature plenty of pockets to keep everything organized. That is, until I created this one. Now, I never leave the house without it. With dimensions of 22cm in height, 16cm in width, and 5cm in depth, this handbag offers the perfect balance of compactness and functionality. It’s spacious enough to carry all the small and medium-sized essentials I need, while still remaining sleek and lightweight.
The bag is secured with an asymmetrical flap, made with the same puffer-like technique as the signature trench coat. This innovative method not only adds texture but also ensures durability. The flap is treated with a water-repellent wax, providing protection against the elements and keeping your belongings dry. A contrasting logo embroidery on the flap offers a subtle yet stylish touch. Beneath the flap, a beige patch pocket allows quick access to items even when the buckle is secured—perfect for your most-needed essentials.
On one side of the bag, a crocheted panel provides an ideal space to store a pair of sunglasses, keeping them accessible while also protecting them from scratches. On the opposite side, an arrangement of ribbon loops and hardware offers the opportunity to personalize the bag with accessories like keychains or charms, adding a fun and customizable flair.
Inside, the bag is thoughtfully organized with multiple compartments, making it easy to keep everything in place. Closest to the body, there’s a smaller pocket that’s perfectly sized for the ‘Signature Maze’ wallet—securely holding cash, coins, and cards. Layered on top of this is a separation that divides the spacious middle compartment, offering even more organization. The outer layer features a zip pocket, ideal for storing small but important items like keys, while three additional pockets are tailored for specific essentials. These include a chapstick, a lighter, and a box of cigarettes—my personal must-haves—but they can easily accommodate other similarly shaped items.
This bag is an everyday essential. Its well-thought-out compartments, durable materials, and customizable features make it the perfect choice for carrying everything you need in an organized and accessible way.
